Located on a noisy boulevard, G Empire is conveniently situated near a supermarket in the bustling old town area of Astana. Guests can easily access daily necessities as it is next to a large grocery store with a deli. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from the hotel. The hotel also offers facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a minibar.
Some guests have mentioned issues with the cleanliness of the carpets in the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy for me to explore and visit all the attractions. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were unbelievable, very helpful, and friendly. They spoke very good English and were always attentive to our needs. The receptionist, Makpal, was particularly accommodating and were pretty good too assist us. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. the hotel organized a city tour and transfers to and from the airport, making our visit hassle-free.

During my recent stay at G Empire in Nur-Sultan, I was kinda surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom was well-equipped with Jacuzzi fittings, giving it a luxurious resort-like feel. The front desk staff were helpful and their English language skills made communication easy. I also appreciated the organized city tour and convenient airport transfers provided by the hotel. The bar prices were reasonable, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at G Empire.
